We are a group Practice and so you are free to consult with the clinician of your choice. If you wish to be seen swiftly, please just ask for the first available clinician. Most of our GP, Nurse Practitioner, and Paramedic Practitioner appointments can be booked up to one month in advance. In most cases, you can choose whether you would prefer a face-to-face or telephone consultation. Appointments with the Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, or Phlebotomists can be booked at least six weeks in advance.

If you have more than one medical problem to discuss, please make a longer appointment.

Appointments can be booked using the NHS App, Systmonline, Airmid, or by calling our automated service called Voice connect (formerly known as Patient Partner), which allows you to book, change or cancel an appointment or order a repeat prescription 24 hours/day, every day of the year. As it is an automated system, there are no call queues! This has the added benefit of freeing up our staff to deal with the patients who need to speak to us. To use this service, simply telephone 01642 42 46 22 (local call charges apply). Initially, to use the service, you will need to telephone us first (T: 01642 475157) - to obtain a PIN code, but as soon as you are set up, you can use the new system.

We have a duty Doctor available each day who can be contacted for urgent matters. If you feel that your medical problem will not wait until the next available routine appointment, please call us on the usual surgery number (T: 01642 475157).

In an emergency, you should call 999. When we are closed, you should call 111 for medical advice.

If you need help relating to other issues, please contact us on T: 01642 475157.

We recognise that not all patients have access to computer systems and telephony. In this case, please visit the surgery in person during our usual opening times (Monday to Friday from 0800-1730h with a late night on Tuesdays to 8pm. Please note that Tuesday evening surgeries from 6pm to 8pm are for pre-booked appointments only, though we do still provide a reception service to assist with administrative queries).

Interpreter and translation services are available for patients who use other languages. For your convenience, where possible, please contact us to arrange this in advance of your appointment.
